Classes at this age are based around active play, taking the children on an adventure.
While capturing their imagination I introduce yoga positions which strengthen and tone the whole body. From the age of 3 children begin to loose their innate flexibility, practising yoga is a way to avoid muscles tightening.
Children are natural yogis as they live in the present moment, they take to meditation easily, and so all classes end with a relaxation and visualisation session.
Resources are provided for children to practise their yoga at home, showing parents how it's done!
